The reference community for women in the SAP ecosystem.
Whether we’re students, consultants, customers or leaders, we’re turning our shared challenges into a collective force to accelerate careers and strengthen women’s influence in tech.
What is women of sap?
Women of SAP is a strategic movement dedicated to women working or wishing to work in the SAP ecosystem.
Large companies, public institutions, multinationals and strategic organizations use SAP, a powerful ERP system, to manage their operations.
SAP is a key lever for organizational transformation.
Did you know?
Women are under-represented in technical SAP roles, with around 27.9% of women in SAP careers, or less than 3 out of 10 women in a team.
Women are under-represented in management positions at SAP, and there is a lack of forums for exchange within this ecosystem.
